 Execution of rehabilitation and modernization of a furnace in the Roustavsky Metallurgical Works, until putting into operation.
 The beginning of the project was in 2004 where, under the conditions of a tender procedure, Velder BG, through its subsidiary company in Macedonia – Velder Export Import acquired the assets of the local production company Nikol Fert OOD. This company was established in 1997 with financing from the International Financial Corporation (IFC) – part of the World Bank.
 Construction of an enterprise for organic coating of steel strip in the industrial zone of the city of Burgas, with annual output of about 50, 000 tons.
 This project is implemented under the ‘Environment 2007-2013’ Operational Programme, Priority Axis 1. Cohesion Fund 2007-2013 ‘Improvement and development of water and wastewater infrastructure within agglomeration settlements with more than 10,000 PE’.
 The elaboration of terms of reference and the subsequent implementation of the new gypsum roasting technology in this enterprise enabled its management to offer on the market a high-quality product with the lowest possible production costs, emissions in the atmosphere in conformity with the requirements of the applicable norms in the country and in Europe, automated packaging and palletizing of products.

The project concept is to enhance the competitiveness of Gips AD by building a complete installation for natural gypsum calcination. Major problems of the company will be thus resolved in relation to the low technological level of the now operational roasting installation, namely
